Although led by the Territorial Governor Candidates, the Lighted Parade is our one non-historic themed yearly event.
Following the Opening Day festivities, this nighttime parade kicks off at 6:00 p.m. from the Scottish Rite Temple. From there the glittering promenade of illuminated cars, trucks, dune buggies and even be-lighted people head west along Oklahoma Avenue.
The Parade ends at the corner of 2nd St and Oklahoma Ave. and is immediately followed by the Territorial Governor Ceremonies on the front steps of the Post Office.

Immediately following the Parade at the corner of Harrison and S. 2nd St. in front of the State Capital Publishing Museum. Once we all find out the new Territorial Governors, they will light the Territorial Tree in Honor Park (next to the Museum).
